|Dear Lincoln Prairie community,
Happy August! I hope this email finds you enjoying your summer. For us, it marks the beginning of our journey. We have spent time this summer working and playing. It is amazing how much your mind grows when you are having fun!
We are looking forward to seeing families at our annual Back to School Community Picnic and Supply Drop Off on August 15th. We will continue to offer entertainment, food and games, as well as an opportunity to connect with teachers and other families. You are always welcome to bring food and games too. More information on the picnic food options will be forthcoming. Beginning at 5pm our doors will open up for families to drop off school supplies. Both the main office and nurse’s office will be open to drop off forms and medicine as well. At 6pm our classrooms will close and families are invited to join staff at our annual picnic.
We also wanted to send along some dates to mark your calendars as you plan for the weeks ahead and the start of the school year.
