|Dear Lincoln Prairie Community,
Well, we are officially into the 2021-2022 school year and couldn’t be happier with everything that is taking place! The addition of our Kindergarten friends this week proved to be just what we needed to feel complete. There were several other indications that positive things were taking place: listening to student conversations in the hallways, conversations with parents at arrival/dismissal, the Boo Hoo-Yahoo Brunch on Monday, visiting classrooms, listening to the lessons and watching the student engagement level at all grade levels!

Fall Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Testing-Make-ups
Thank you for your support in getting our Fall MAP testing complete. All grade levels have conducted their original testing sessions. Early next week, we will be completing make-up testing for any students who were not here on their classes’ original testing date.
Your Help Needed-Whole School Meetings
At this time, due to current mitigation strategies our Whole School Meetings will continue to take place virtually. However, it is important to us to include our whole community in this event! Therefore, we want to recognize each of YOU in our upcoming Whole School Meeting! Next week, please email Mandy Moore (or share on Google) a short video or picture of your family answering this question: How would you describe the Lincoln Prairie community? We would love to create a compilation of community contributions to highlight in our monthly Whole School Meetings. Thank you for your willingness to help out.
Save the Date! Picture Day is coming, Tuesday, September 21st. There will be more information to follow.
