|Dear Lincoln Prairie Community,
We can’t believe the school year is winding down. With only a couple weeks left, there are still full days of excitement left! As a parent, we ask that you continue to send your child to school if they are an In Person learner and have them engaged virtually if they are a Remote learner through the remainder of the school year. We are looking forward to making the most of our last two weeks of school together.
Additionally, please make sure you read through the information below to ensure you are ready for what is to come.
Lincoln Prairie Information
WITWILP (Where In The World Is Lincoln Prairie) is coming soon! We are looking forward to celebrating our annual Big Event with our students on May 25-27! This three day simulation experience will “take” our students on an adventure through different experiences that relate to our theme of Wonder. While we know it will be a much tamer version than what is typical, we are ready to engage our students in fun – filled learning throughout our three day adventure! Remote students are welcome to join us in person those three days, please call our office if you would like to do so. Students remaining home will have the opportunity to engage in a similar adventure as well! If your child is remaining remote for WITWILP, please plan to pick up materials needed at Lincoln Prairie on Monday, May 24th anytime between 8:30-4:30 p.m.

Open Chair Positions for 2021-2022
As the school year is winding down we are starting to plan for next year. We are currently compiling a list of committees with open chair positions for the 2021-2022 school year. This is a great way to get involved and work with other amazing volunteers. We would like to have all positions filled before the end of the school year. We want to be prepared for any activities/events that may be happening either zoom or in person however they may look like.
At this time the open chair positions are:
Field day (co-chair)
Back to school picnic
If you have any questions about the committees or what the role of a committee chair entails please reach out to:
Jen Alexander – [email protected] – VP Programs
Lisa Hanlon – [email protected] – VP Fundraising
