Dear Lincoln Prairie Community,
This is one of our favorite times of year! Heading into Thanksgiving week always gives pause to reflect on what is most important in our lives, who contributes to our lives and what experiences fulfill us most. We’ve always known that relationships are the cornerstone of what makes life great at Lincoln Prairie, but this year more so than ever, we appreciate the school – home partnership. On behalf of the Lincoln Prairie staff, we’d like to say a short sentence to convey a large amount of gratitude.
Thank you for taking on the role of teacher at home.
Thank you for communicating your needs with us.
Thank you for giving us grace.
Thank you for supporting your child.
Thank you for practicing patience.
Thank you for laughing with us.
Thank you for allowing us time to work through the kinks.
Thank you for having high expectations.
Thank you for the small ways you support our work.
Thank you for being a role model for your child.
Thank you for choosing LP every day!
Report cards are now live on the parent portal as of Thursday, November 19th. As you navigate the Whole Child Profile that contains your child’s Fall 2020 report card, we hope you can find opportunities to celebrate the successes your child has had thus far in the school year. Please continue to keep lines of communication open between your family and your child’s teacher(s) as it pertains to their academic success. We are always available in the LP office to answer any questions in regards to the new Whole Child Profile

District 54 Food Pantry Donations
During this unprecedented school year our six District 54 food pantries have been utilized more than ever before. We know that many of our families and community members look to support these pantries especially as the holidays approach. At this time, for safety reasons, we are not accepting physical supply donations, however monetary donations would be greatly appreciated and well utilized. District 54 has set up a Food Pantry Donation page for interested families and community members through the Infinite Campus Portal. To make a monetary donation, please log in to the Infinite Campus Portal by clicking here. Please follow the below example:
Log into Infinite Campus the same way you would normally. On the left hand side you will see an option “School Store”.
Have a WONDERful weekend!
