Ensure your child is up-to-date on their routine school and childcare entry vaccines! CIMPAR, funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health, is hosting a free immunization clinic open to everyone in the community.

Walk-Ins:
Walk-ins are welcome, though pre-registration is encouraged.
Vaccines Provided:
MMR vaccine and all routine school/childcare required immunizations. Vaccination records will be provided directly to parents and schools.
Requirements:
No ID is required. Parent or guardian consent is required for all children under 18 years old.
