It has been an eventful week here at LP! On Monday, our 4/5 classes participated in the unique outdoor education field trip to Nature’s Classroom. Our Girls’ Basketball teams competed in the District 54 tournament and our Cross Country runners competed in the Conference Meet with some headed to the IESA Sectional race this weekend. We also enjoyed our first concert of the year - hearing from Middle Level students in Choir, Band and Orchestra on Wednesday. We also practiced responding in an emergency with our Lockdown Drill, as well as another Evacuation (Fire) Drill. Did we mention, there was also a lot of learning going on as well?
We hope everyone is able to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend and an extra day off!
