Please ensure your student's physical and immunization records are up to date. This applies to all Kindergarten, 6th grade, and new transfer students. Physicals must be dated August 15, 2025, or later.
Your child’s physical record must include ONE of the following:
Up-to-date immunizations
A signed religious exemption form, or
An appointment card signed by the doctor/office for upcoming immunizations
Per district policy, students without completed health records by October 15, 2026, will be temporarily excluded from school until requirements are met.
If your child is still missing documentation, a notice was sent home with them this week. Thank you for your prompt attention to keeping our students healthy and compliant!
