My name is Lourdes Fletes-Perez, and I’m the Lincoln Prairie PTSA President. We’ve made it through the first (short!) week of school, and what a great start! It was special to see our community come together at our traditional Back to School Picnic, so much excitement with all the new surprises.
I can’t wait for all the opportunities to grow our community and strengthen our relationships during this year.

Monday August 18: PTSA Chair Meeting
Attention Parent Volunteers who serve as Chairs for all of our PTSA committees. Please join us at 6:00pm at LP to plan for the upcoming year. Your presence is needed to ensure your committee has the support and budget it needs to engage families in our favorite traditions.
Thursday, August 21: BooHoo/Yahoo Drop-Off
Kindergarten families, on Thursday you’re welcome to drop off your kids, stop by our photo booth close to Door 1 (Our Main Entrance) and let us know are you feeling BooHoo or Yahoo? Either way, grab a donut to celebrate or warm up those feelings!
Tuesday, September 9: WELCOME Party at 5:30 PM
New families at LP (all grades), please join us for a celebration to welcome you to our community! It will be a fun and delicious way to get important information for the year and connect with other families. We can’t wait to meet you!!
Tuesday, September 9: PTSA Meeting at 6:30 PM
Remember, this is the meeting where we approve the budget and plan for the year ahead. Your attendance is truly valued!
