Parents, we have a considerable amount of parent phone calls coming in to change the end of day plans for children. The office staff has several responsibilities at the end of the day and having last minute calls is problematic as we have a great deal of communication happening between classes, teachers, students, as well as the transportation department. Please know, we understand if there are last minute changes or an unforeseen emergency that will change the dismissal for your child, but please make every attempt to set the plan for the day prior to your child leaving for school in the morning. We are also asking that you do not call to ask us to remind your child about what the plan is. We’ve been getting several of these daily. Lastly, we kindly ask that parents refrain from placing calls to the office between 3:15-3:45pm, unless it is for an emergency or to communicate an unforeseen pick up change. If you are sending emails directly to your teachers with regards to dismissal, appointments or attendance, please make sure to include both Paula Falvo ([email protected]) and Paula Riccardo ([email protected]) in your email. This will ensure we all have the information needed.
