We are making an intentional effort here at school to build responsibility with students, create reminders that are helpful and not keep mountains of “lost” clothing and materials in the hallways.
As in previous years, we will continue to donate remaining items periodically, throw out items that are damaged and also showcase items on a table during various parent events. However, we will not be keeping the amount of items stored, nor will we be using staff time to hunt down students whose items are in the Lost and Found.
We have begun making weekly reminders for students to check the Lost and Found. Please encourage your children to check the Lost and Found basket outside the office each week to ensure they have all of their items. Thank you!
