We hope you’ve enjoyed a glimpse into springtime this week! The nicer weather has brightened things up and brought some positive energy to LP! We are looking forward to celebrating the arrival of March, spring and the 3rd trimester.
We wanted to send a quick reminder to all families about attendance and arriving at school on time. We expect all students to be at school and in class before the 9:15am bell rings. When students come in late, they miss important information and connection in their class that helps to set the tone for the day. On the flip side, when students leave early, they are missing content and closure, as well as important reminders to the day.
We will be making calls next week to those families that have excessive tardies and absences due to non illness related absences. Our goal is always to help your child be successful and support you in your efforts at home.
