District 54 residents can take advantage of the opportunity for open enrollment. Instead of attending their neighborhood school, students who live in District 54 and are registered to attend District 54 schools can apply to one of our schools that offer unique learning opportunities.
If you are interested in applying to Lincoln Prairie School, please complete the Lincoln Prairie School Open Enrollment Student Application on or before the March 1, 2024 deadline. Please note that only applications received before the March 1, 2024 deadline will be considered in our first lottery drawing. The application will be available on-line beginning January 8, 2024.
Important Dates
- January 24, 2024 – Open Enrollment Fair at 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Professional Learning Center
- January 24, 2024 – Online registration begins for new District 54 students by clicking here.
- Parent Visitations at Lincoln Prairie. Please note, these are repeat visitations.
- January 30, 2024 10:00-11:00am
- February 2, 2024 1:30-2:30pm
- March 1, 2024 – Deadline for parents to file applications
- March 15, 2024 – Date for schools to send letters inviting parents to attend their school
- April 1, 2024 – Deadline for parents to accept invitation. Email your child’s acceptance to [email protected].
