District 54 residents can take advantage of the opportunity for open enrollment. Instead of attending their neighborhood school, students who live in District 54 and are registered to attend District 54 schools can apply to one of our schools that offer unique learning opportunities.
If you are interested in applying to Lincoln Prairie School, please complete the Lincoln Prairie School Open Enrollment Student Application by clicking here on or before the March 3, 2023 deadline. Please note that only applications received before the March 3, 2023 deadline will be considered in our first lottery drawing.
Important Dates
- January 25, 2023 – Open Enrollment Fair at 6:00 p.m. at the Professional Learning Center
- January 25, 2023 – Online registration begins for new District 54 students at sd54.org/registration.
- Parent Visitations at Lincoln Prairie. Please note, these are repeat visitations.
- January 31, 2023 10:00-11:00am
- February 2, 2023 1:30-2:30pm
- March 3, 2023 – Deadline for parents to file applications
- March 17, 2023 – Date for schools to send letters inviting parents to attend their school
- April 3, 2023 – Deadline for parents to accept invitation. Email your child’s acceptance to [email protected].
