District 54 Student Self-Screener Checklist for MAP Testing

If you child is coming in person to take the MAP testing the week of February 1^st or February 8^th, please ensure you have printed and filled out a copy of the daily screener. Your children will need to turn this in when they arrive for entry into the building. Please call the office with further questions.
